1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on pk444. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination along with forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

• Never share your username or password with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly to maintain account security.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pk444 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk444 supports multiple payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players. All monetary transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation. The minimum deposit is ৳500. pk444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third-party payment services.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit to prevent fraud and money laundering. pk444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request.
• Withdrawals processed within 24 hours; delays may occur pending KYC review.
• pk444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or international payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and cricket betting cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules that apply to all offers are listed below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified by pk444 for that particular promotion.
• pk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of the promotional system.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonus offers will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all winnings.

• Attempting to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account or process withdrawals.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the pk444 platform without the express written permission of pk444. Any unauthorized use of pk444 content constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
